You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed, followed by a tracking number once your package has been prepared. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after a label has been created.

Return Policy
At Royalty Hood, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Returns must be requested within seven days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available unless the item is defective or incorrect.
