When will my order ship?

Return Policy
At Royalty Hood, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Returns must be requested within seven days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
